I worked on Pilates with Liza for a year. Prior to that, I had never taken Pilates so she taught me everything I know. About 4 months after working with Liza, people started commenting on how much weight I had lost. I had not lost any weight, I had simply and faithfully worked out with Liza once a week and it showed. As I was looking for something new to try in the gym, something to break out of the usual workout routine, I decided to give Pilate's Reformer a try. I was lucky enough to get Liza as my first instructor and have been a fan ever since. The reformer gives you a whole body work out that you can't get from any other piece of equipment in the gym, and Liza gives it her personal touch that keeps you coming back for more. I have had other instructors since I started, but none of them equal the motivation you get from Liza. She has a pizzazz that makes you feel like you are in her class for 5 minutes rather than an hour. Liza gives you her friendship and a butt kicking work out at the same time!

I began working with Liza about a year ago after I had just gone through a major life transition. I wanted to lose 10 pounds, get myself back in shape, and feel confident about myself again. Beyond being an amazing, motivating trainer, Liza became a friend. She goes above and beyond her role as my trainer, and genuinely cares about me as a person. I can't thank Liza enough for everything the has done for me- she changed my life!! I met Liza about 5 years ago  when I was a Junior in High School. I was about 40 lbs over weight, out of shape, and unhappy. I so badly wanted to get healthy, and look good in my prom dress that next year! I was always nervous about getting a trainer, but from the get go, Liza made my workouts fun and I looked forward to them every week.

Liza taught me how to eat properly, exercise to be fit, and always stay positive! She knew when and how much to push me. She taught me how to incorporate cardio, weights and other fun moves that she would come up with. Every workout was something new. I saw results immediately, and I was able to continuously make progress. I lost excess weight, and toned up! Even when I went away to college, I made sure to see Liza on my vacations. She not only was a great trainer, but she became a great friend. 

I have maintained my 40 lb weight loss for over 5 years, and I am currently in school to become a Registered Dietitian! I couldn't have done it without you Liza- thanks!!!

I Can’t…say enough about Liza’s excellent Pilates classes. She makes the workout challenging and the results for me personally have changed my life. I used to work out with Liza quite a bit, then I stopped and now I am back. I do have to say even though I just started back I can feel a difference. I am still very tight but I feel like my muscles are starting to remember how to stretch again. I appreciate your patience with me. I know I can be challenging at times but with your instructions, I see that I am able to do the things I thought I couldn’t.
