CLASS SCHEDULE

We offer an array of classes from beginner to advanced levels. We offer you a variety of fun and effective classes that include all of the essential components of fitness.

TRX Training

TRX is a type of strength training for all ages and levels of fitness that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. TRX is a Core Based workout for the Entire Body!!!

Essential Reformer

This is a beginning level class conducted on the reformer, a specialized Pilates apparatus that allows you to work out using spring resistance. This class is designed to reinforce the basic principles of Pilates and take you through a work out that challenges all aspects of your body. This class will emphasize proper form and will give you a great opportunity to get to know your body and what it can do! (Appropriate for all levels)

Intermediate Reformer

This class is designed to take you all you have learned in "Essential Reformer" and add in exercises that will require greater strength, flexibility and coordination. Improve your body awareness and continue to build your muscular endurance with this intermediate class that transitions from one exercise to the next faster, to be more physically challenging and mentally demanding.

Reformer Body Conditioning

Take yourself to the next level. Improve strength, power and agility through exercises that challenge unilateral movement, weight transference and core stability. A perfect class for sports enthusiasts, athletes of all levels and for those of you who are ready for a challenge!

Reformer Jumpboard Interval Training

Training Great way to combine Cardio and Strength training without ever getting on a piece of equipment, This ultimate Cardio/Strength interval class will challenge your core and total body strength as well as elevate your heart rate. This class will keep you on the move with strong and controlled jumps to step up your Reformer Workout!!!

Advanced Reformer

Just when you think you know what you're doing. our intermediate/advanced level class adds more challenging movements to the essential level repertoire. The more complicated choreography of the intermediate level requires better balance, coordination, core strength and good listening skills. Participants should be healthy and very familiar with exercises at the essential level. Instructor approval is required prior to enrolling in the class.

Prenatal Pilates Reformer

This innovative class will help take moms-to-be from doing traditional exercises into specified prenatal exercises. The class will take place on the reformer as well as the mat. Work-outs will be concentrated on second trimester concerns, including the clients pre-pregnancy.

Reformers with Props

Love variety? Then this is the class for you? A fun class that works absolutely everything. Class starts using a combination of arc barrels, foam rollers, fitness circles and flex bands. Class finishes using the reformer.

Sexy Senior Reformer

A Mat/Reformer class designed for the mature individual. A modified version of our essential reformer class taking in consideration limited joint mobility and strength issues. This class will enhance core stability, increase range of motion and improve body awareness. No experience required.

Cardio Core - Alternate for Spinning Classes

Arms - Shoulders - Butt - Legs - Abs - & Cardio too -- This class is upbeat, fun, challenging and a great way to tone your muscles and shed the pounds. BRING YOUR SNEAKERS!!!!

Pilates Props

A creative and stimulating Pilates mat class that adds a stability ball, flex band and fitness circle. This class includes upper and lower body resistance to core based exercises, as well as introducing a few reformer-based exercises.

Bootie Burn

WELL...that says it all. Fire up your bootie and legs with this workout!

Absolutely Abs

Core strengthening exercises with a kick!

Boot Camp

When offered, this incredible workout challenges the entire body right down to the core. This is not for the faint of heart. If you want to work your body from head to toe and work up an awesome sweat, this is the place to be!

Spinning

The original and most popular group cycling class. Spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, the music begs your legs to pedal. Getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!! All levels of fitness are welcome.

Cardio Kickboxing 

Self-defense movements  with use of boxing bags make this cardiovascular workout loads of fun.  With the music pumping, this class has a rhythmic martial arts foundation and will increase your stamina, strength and endurance.

*For those you of you on a monthly membership or have a class card, it’s an extra $5 per class.
